Who We Are

We offer equity-centered dialogues, presentations and workshops, Cultural Heritage Month programs and events, large-scale community programs, PRISM programming, mentorship and leadership development opportunities, and advising for student leaders and organizations.

We serve as a resource for the entire VCU community and beyond, fostering spaces for connection, learning, and engagement. While we support the entire VCU community, we also provide tailored resources and initiatives to uplift communities with historically underrepresented experiences, including but not limited to individuals from African American and Black, Asian American and Pacific Islander, Indigenous and Native American, Hispanic and Latinx, and LGBTQIA+ backgrounds. Our programming is open to and welcomes all students, faculty, and staff.
